At Fairness Centre, we are dedicated to helping you achieve fair outcomes as an employee or consumer without incurring unreasonable costs. We offer a free initial phone consultation to discuss your situation and provide an idea of possible outcomes and costs. Based on your needs, we will offer either a fee-based service or a no-win, no-fee service.
Our company charges less than our competitors by working remotely to reduce our overheads. We aim to minimize time by using online meetings and phone calls. We are not lawyers, which also reduces our cost. Our experience lies in specific areas only. If we do not think we can assist you, then there will be no charge, and we do our best to put you in contact with someone who can help you. We focus on assisting in the areas where most people encounter problems or don't have all the tools to help themselves, we do not try to cover all aspects of Consumer or Employee law.
We can assist you if a dispute for small amount of money when the legal advice to resolve this will cost more than the issue itself. Remember that your initial phone consultation is free.
We operate a New Zealand-wide service with considerable experience in employee advocacy and consumer rights.
